President of the Italian Atlantic Committee since 2004 to June 2014, Hon. Prof. La Loggia is member of the Presidency of the Italian Court of Counts and has been President of the Parliamentary Commission for the Implementation of Fiscal Federalism. Minister for Regional Affairs from 2001 to 2006 and member of the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly from 2006 to 2008, he has been a member of Parliament in the last twenty years (1994-2013). Professor of State Accounting at the University of Palermo, Faculty of Law, Hon. Prof. La Loggia taught Constitutional Law at the same Faculty and Administrative Law at the Faculty of Economics. Author of numerous essays and works on legal and constitutional subjects, he received awards and acknowledgements in Italy and abroad.
