On the occasion of the upcoming military training exercise Trident Juncture, the Atlantic Treaty Association, in collaboration with NATO Public Diplomacy Division, YATA Spain and YATA International, is organizing an essay competition directed at young professionals. The topic is “How to synchronize Eastern and Southern perceptions of security threats to the Alliance”.
In order to take part in this competition, contestants must submit a 500 to 1.500-word long report addressing the question mentioned above by 30th September 2015 to yatatj2015@gmail.com.
The international finalists of the essay competition will win a fully covered trip to the official event being held by NATO on the 28th and 29th of October in Madrid, Spain titled “NATO and the New Arc of Crisis.”
